To preserve an elevated experience for every guest, Luminessa Beauty Studio requires 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 25% service fee, and missed appointments will incur a 50% no-show charge. Select services require a non-refundable deposit, which is seamlessly applied to your service total. Late arrivals may result in abbreviated services or the need to reschedule. By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
